  • Eligibility and Consent Requirements

    1. Participants must be at least fourteen (14) years of age to enroll in and attend classes.

    1. Any participant who is eighteen (18) years of age or younger ("Minor Participant") shall be required to submit signed consent and liability waiver forms executed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any classes.

    2. In the event a Minor Participant purchases a class credit or membership, each corresponding agreement form shall include a section requiring the signature of the parent or legal guardian, thereby acknowledging and consenting to the Minor Participant’s enrollment and participation.

    Class concludes with a crystal singing bowl sound meditation, leaving you grounded, clear, and reconnected.

  • TONED Yoga is for anyone ready to move, sweat, and grow — whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
    Our goal is simple: to make every visit feel like coming home.

    If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with FLOW or STRETCH + RESTORE to ease into the rhythm of the studio and the gentle warmth of the infrared heat.

    For our weighted formats — TONE, STRENGTH, and TONE PILATES — prior experience with weight training or high-intensity movement is encouraged to help you get the most from class.

  • Host your sweat, your squad, your celebration.

    Studio rentals start at $150 for a 45-minute private class with a TONED instructor, plus a $30 drop-in fee per additional guest.

    • The $150 rental fee is due at the time of booking via Zelle, Venmo, or check to Toned Yoga.

    • The $30 per-person fee can be paid anytime up to 2 days prior to your event. We ask that the organizer collect all guest payments and submit the total via Zelle, Venmo, or check to Toned Yoga.

    Holiday bookings: Private classes on holidays include an additional upcharge ($200 rental fee + an additional increase depending on the holiday).

    All guests are required to bring their own mat + water, as the studio does not provide these items for private events.

  • We know life happens — but to keep classes fair and accessible for everyone, please review our updated cancellation policy below.

    Morning Classes
    For all 6:00 AM weekday and 7:30 AM weekend classes, there is a 12-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made within this window (after 6:00 PM weekdays / 7:30 PM weekends) will result in a $20 late cancellation fee. This ensures students on the waitlist have time to join before the next morning.

    All Other Class Times
    For all other class times, there is a 2-hour cancellation window.


    Cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time will result in a $20 late cancellation fee.

    Please cancel directly through the TONED app or website — cancellations via email are not accepted.

  • We’re excited to see you in class — here’s how early you can reserve your spot:

    Unlimited Members: Members with an Unlimited Membership can book classes 10 days in advance, starting 15 minutes before the class time. Example: To book a Thursday 9:15 AM class, you can reserve your spot on the previous Monday at 9:00 AM sharp.

    Drop-Ins & Class Packs: Students using drop-ins or class packs can book classes 7 days in advance, beginning exactly at the class start time.


    Example: To book a Thursday 9:15 AM class, you can reserve your spot on the previous Thursday at 9:15 AM sharp.

    Plan ahead — spots fill quickly, especially for morning classes!

  • We know our classes fill quickly — here’s how the waitlist works so you never miss your chance to move with us.

    Rolling Waitlist Windows

    • Daytime Classes: 1-hour rolling waitlist window

    • 6:00 AM Classes: 12-hour rolling waitlist window

    If a spot opens during your window, you’ll be automatically added to class.

    You can track your status anytime via your TONED app or website account, and we highly recommend turning on text notifications so you’re instantly alerted when you get off the waitlist.

    If you’re added to class but can no longer attend, please cancel directly through the app or website — we do not allow cancellations via email.

    Please note: You may not enter class while still on the waitlist. If you come to the studio, please check in with the front desk and wait at least 5 minutes after class starts to see if a spot becomes available.

  • For the safety and experience of all students, the front door locks exactly 5 minutes after class begins — no exceptions.

    Once class starts, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances. This ensures a distraction-free environment and keeps everyone safe as the room heats and flow begins.

    Please plan to arrive early, check in, and settle into your mat before class starts.
