  • Toned Yoga is a boutique fitness studio aimed to create a community of individuals who want to strengthen the connection of their mind, body, and soul.

    At Toned, we want your fitness journey to be more than just a workout but a lifestyle. Our tenured instructors will create an experience that specializes in 3 formats: high-intensity strength training (HIIT/TONE/STRENGTH), breath-infused movement classes (POWER/FLOW), and restorative restful practices (RESTORE/MEDITATION).

  • HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. This class involves bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery. It is a fast paced version of our TONE format with more cardio and repetition.

  • TONE is our signature format designed to focus on full body strength training and cardio, incorporating weights to challenge your body and mind. The goal of this class is strength + muscle building.

  • The goal of all STRENGTH classes is to lift as heavy as we can with the best form possible; No one is ever better off weaker. Empowering strength and educating proper technique is one of the greatest ways to create an undeniable confidence that cannot be shaken. There is little to no cardio in this format.

  • FLOW emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Expect a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this practice in finding one's state of flow!

  • POWER is a fast-paced version of our FLOW class focused on building strength through high-impact yoga postures. The definition of POWER varies depending on where you practice, but at Toned Yoga it has a physical focus, working on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance.

    In simpler terms, POWER is a more dynamic version of FLOW. If you want a more intense form of physical exercise (without the weights!) that mainly focuses on building muscles and strength, this class is for you.

  • RESTORE is focused on releasing tension and stress in your body and mind. Expect a slower flow, longer holds, and deep stretching. Class ends with sound meditation through use of crystal singing bowls for healing, clarity, and alignment. The goal of this class is muscle + mind relaxation.

    We also offer MEDITATION classes which are zero movement classes. In his class, you will be guided through a meditation and sound bowl experience. No movement is involved.

  • Toned Yoga is open to anyone who wants to deepen their fitness practice. Whether it is your 1st class or 100th, we want our studio to feel like your home.

    If you are new to yoga, we recommend our RESTORE or FLOW classes for a slower-paced start and to get used to the studio/heat.

    It is recommended that for all weighted classes (HIIT/TONE/STRENGTH) students have knowledge of weight training and feel comfortable with high-intensity cardio and strength movements.

  • Studio rental begins at $125 per 45 minute rental and instructor, +$25 each additional person.

  • You will be charged $20 if you cancel your class within a 2-hour time window before the class start time.

  • Students with memberships can book all classes 10-days in advance, 15-minutes before the class start time. For example, if you are trying to book a Thursday 9:15am class, you can book the previous Monday at 9am sharp.

    Students who are not members (drop-ins, class packs) can book all classes 7-days in advance at the class start time. For example, if you are trying to book a Thursday 9:15am class, you can book the previous Thursday at 9:15am sharp.

  • We have a 1-Hour Rolling Waitlist Window on day-time classes and 12-Hour Rolling Waitlist Window on 6AM classes.

    If you are on the waitlist, you will be put into class based on the times above if a spot opens up.
